Technical issues
If you are signed in and something looks wrong, the fastest way to reach us with the full context is the Report button inside the app (visible to all signed-in users). Reports go directly to our Super Admin queue and include the path you were on plus an error reference, so we can reproduce and fix the issue without back-and-forth.
If you can’t sign in, email hello@brightnest.app and include your school name and the email you sign in with.
Privacy and data requests
For data access, correction, deletion, or portability requests, see the Privacy Policy. If you’re a student or staff member, please contact your School Head first, since the school is the data controller. We can also be reached at hello@brightnest.app.
